I heard some complaints....don't remember from whom, about the net being
Balkanized even know. I was not aware of this. Therefor}ie am
particularly glad to have Barry's response.
I just had private mail from someone at the University of Michigan
complaining that MERIT blocks U of Mich from getting to WORLD.com. I
thing this is just the sort of think that Boucher found to be a little
strange. maybe I'll have to see that *HE* gets a FREE copy of my
newsletter?
Or maybe Bill Schrader or Rick Adams should pro bono be certain that Jim
Wilson, Boucher's staffer gets a free acount on the CIX and training in
how to use it? I Have a feeling that if they REALLY want to fix the
problems that we are confronted with they (Congress) could benefit from a
direct presence on this list.
