Thank you, Steve, for your work with McGraw Hill. We have just added
Zip Services in Columbus to OARnet - they will now take Postscript
files over the Internet, print them, and ship the printed manuscript
back. This is not an advertisement, since I doubt anyone is going
to send files to Columbus unless they are in the area, but information
to help you sell your own "Zip Services" on a connection. I am told
that practically every student at OSU uses Zip, so I expect they will
save a lot of wear and tear on the linoleum in their offices (at the
very least). For the students and faculty and small businesses that
have an Internet connection, this will be a real convenience.
P.S. I don't mean to imply Zip won't be happy to accept manuscripts
from anyone on the Internet.
