I understand there are two Russian military satellites in orbit which
are due to conversion for civilian purposes. There seems quite a bit
of idle bandwith up there. These satellites have quite a footprint - I think
one channel is used for TV from Boston to Moscow. One of the satellites is
near Moscow, another one over Sibiria, the latter also covering Japan.
The people handling this are with a project called `Argonaut'.

Enterpreneurial IP providers might wind up with an olive-green shelter with a
