Could we please terminate this discussion of pricing methodologies.
They fill up my mailbox only to have me delete them. I have seen
these arguments before and they have not changed one iota. It is a
market issue and up to the providers. There is nothing we can add to
the discussion until there is hard data as recommended by Ms. Engel.
