Sounds good. The only drawback I can forsee is cost. I seriously don't
know what kind of networking they can afford over there. I was studying
over there last summer, and the money situation over there is pretty bad.

As a Russian speaker I think it would be great! What would be an interesting
idea, although probably near-impossible one, is to be able to have networks
which would translate messages between countries.

Visit the site demos and talk to people there. They'd be able to give you
information on what they did to get a connection, etc. I can get you the
address of the place in Moscow.
