Hi Jack - It somehow is hard for me to think of Jack Haverty as a network
customer, but you do sound like one! Must be the west coast - I hear it
does strange things to people :-).

Good point: "Traffic-based" is not equivalent to traffic counting.
I take your comments to mean you agree - as commercial internets grow,
customers will want and need a variety of billing plans. Many will contain
at least partially traffic-based charging.
I also would like to hear about recent developments in internet accounting.
