Time flies as the cliche goes. 16 days until I leave OTA. I will *NOT*
be leaving this list however. I have a very heavy schedule through the
end of April. I'll use this time to let some ideas germinate. One thing
that I am beginning to explore is a newsletter on policy aspects of NREN.
I would very much appreciate reaction & suggestions in private email.
