Dave,

I certainly want to keep full capabilities available.  But, my premise is
that there is no reason to load my low-bandwidth tail circuit with header
overhead if 95% of my traffic is going to only one place.  If I want to
get out to the rest of the net directly, I can let my server pass the
bits through for me, and let it absorb the addressing overhead.
