Thanks, Jordan, for many clarifying statements.
How are moneys from the infrastructure pool distributed back to the services ?
Who determines what their share are, especially ANS (CO+RE)'s share ?
Is there a way for players in the game, or general public, to review income
and expenditures of the infrastructure pool ?
