Yes, folks its that time of the year again..... Late this week - as a
private party and in full compliance with the rules of the game...
I will be filing a formal protest on the NSF / MCI award deal. I am
in full support of the Sprint protest and I hope that there are others
out there who jump on the wagon. Anyway, I will be filing and will be very
interested in seeing what happens.
As far as my actual filing,,,, I have followed Gordon Cooks work for a
long time now and have decided to allow him first access to the copy
of my protest after it has been filed and he wil be able to publish it
for the rest of you.
Fun in netland,,,bit-pipe and all.....
