Summary: the sipb OLH documents may not work right now, probably due
to incompatibilities with the tex installation in sipb and release

slightly more detail:
There's a problem with the SIPB locker tex setup; basically, it's no
longer newer than or compatible with the release tex. I've known for
a little while that this was going to be a problem, but I was reallyl
hoping to be able to stretch things until bert returned, since bert's
the current authority on the sipb locker tex setup. He was supposed
to return yesterday, but the Brussels national government didn't like
his visa, so they didn't let him through. :-( :-( :-(
Anyway, I'm going to be removing the sipb locker tex setup today (and
releasing the changes), so hopefully this won't be such a problem.
I'll check and make sure that the documents work then; I may need to
re-latex them for some reason or something, but I feel pretty
confident that I can get working documents by tomorrow.
