The print quota server has been hanging a lot lately. We're not sure
what the problem is, and don't think we can track it down without the
help of a developer. Tim thinks that Richard will be able to take a
look at things asap. However, it may take some time to find and
permanently fix the problem.
Since lots of users will soon be registering and they'll need to be in
the print quota database to print, I'll try to make sure the print
quota server is at least up and running enough to get the nightly
update from Moira.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hassle this is causing the
consultants and users. We'll try to get it fixed asap.
