The following is a list of what I would call "bugs" in the new version of
of XESS. I messed around with Xess 3 a few times and this is what I found:
1. If you select the larger fonts eg. fontsize Lubalin-Graph font
family, the A B C D.... blocks at the top bar are misaligned with the
grid lines of the cells. This is because the block in the top corner
does not resize with the change in fontsize. ie:

2. When doing single or multiple line plots I didn't get any legends
with any of my plots.
3. The data sets dialog box is too large for the DEC5000 and RS6000 monitors...
not too sure about that for the DEC5000/133 and Sun Screens.
4. When you specify a color for a selected range of cells, the color doesn't
change immediately when you select the "Apply" option. It only changes after
you move the cell cursor.
5. When setting row height especially when you have set your fonts to
the larger sizes, if you select the "Snap Height to Contents" option
the characters still don't fit exactly. You can easily fix the row
height yourself though.
6. You can't set title column-wise anymore..... that might disturb a few users.
