From time to time I see consultants using the term "fascist" to refer to a
directory without world read access. I think this is an inappropriate term
to use in olc for three reasons:
1. Most users won't understand the intended meaning.
2. It makes a judgement about correct file permissions
which it is not our job to make.
3. It it likely to offend some users; because they are used to
hearing "fascist" in a different context users are likely to
think olc is making accusations about their politics.
