Probably the most important thing we can do to answer Maple questions
in general is get users clued in to existing documentation and help
systems. In looking at OLC and questions I've received directly,
it seems like the bulk of users don't know that Maple has its own
internal on-line help library. It might be an idea, just as a matter
of habit, to tell anybody asking a Maple question that:
1. ?topic and help(topic); in Maple will often answer their questions.
2. There is now a "Maple on Athena" document that is at Graphic Arts
and readable in OLH.
3. There are copies of First Leaves in the library reference collections,
and also with the faculty liaison and consulting offices.
I think I've only seen one or two questions so far that weren't answered
in either MoA, FL, or Maple's own help info.
