On 6 December, user jchang had a problem previewing a document with
footnotes just before a page break. I have isolated this problem and
reported the bug to CMU. Until a bug fix arrives, I have sent these
work-arounds to the olc-stock mailing list to be made into a stock
answer:
If a user complains that their document with footnotes is not completely
printing, look to see if the last page that prints ends with a footnote.
If so, try any one of the following as possible work arounds:
1. Move the footnote to elsewhere in the paragraph.
2. Make the paragraph short enough to print on fewer lines.
3. Make the paragraph large enough to print on more lines.
4. Delete the footnote.
