Xfig is a SIPB program, in the sipb locker. Bug reports or questions
about it should be sent to bug-sipb, not to bugs. I suggest you
contact them.
Before doing so, however, make sure that the sipb locker is in your
search path, i.e., that you ran xfig by typing "xfig" rather than
something like "/mit/sipb/decmipsbin/xfig".
Also, make sure that you are trying to print to a valid printer.
