What were you trying to do?
verify that I'd logged in via ftp on my decmips
What's wrong:
Instead of getting ANY finger information I get:
finger: Can't stat /dev/ftp0
What should have happened:
I should have gotten at leat the information that I was logged in.
Ideally I should have gotten information saying that the ftp user was logged on.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
I have been told that this bug has been fixed on the RT and VAX.
It should be fixed for Ultrix too.
