What were you trying to do?
I was trying to dial into Athena, this morning, 8/12, 9:15 a.m.
What's wrong:
After typing my password; I received a PASSWORD INCOREECT message;
after reentering my login and my password, I received a PRINCIPAL UNKNOWN
message. I attempted this several times, and I am certain that I typed
my password correctly. I attempted dial-in through various pads this morning
with no success. I experienced no problem working on an Athena workstation.
Today is the first time I have ever experienced this problem.
What should have happened:
My initialization and access to Athena via dial-up should have
been completed successfully.

----I can gain access to an Athena workstation, but it is somewhat
inconvenient. Expeditious handling of this problem would be appreciated.
