Can't select printer in ez on ds5000/133 display

when using ez on the ds5000 display, I can't set the printer.
When I select Printer Setup the dialog box comes up, but there's no
"Name of Printer:" prompt for the name of the printer.
I've tried it with a few machine/display combinations, and it seems to a
problem only with these displays. I don't know if it's there and just not
showing up, or what.
