What were you trying to do?
Use the dotfiles locker as advertised in its README
What's wrong:
/mit/dotfiles/README.~1~ (Oct 4 1990) contains:
} This locker is a world-writeable repository for dotfiles of all sorts so that
} people can publicize and browse ideas for configuration.
A Good Idea, but, it also says:
} WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE: The locker is currently someplace
} where no one can write to it, but that should be fixed in the next couple of
} days! Sorry. Thursday Oct 4
It's been a little longer, no? Is this still supposed to be available
for people to add to? I can neither make a new directory, nor add files
to several of those already here.
What should have happened:
I should've been able to add a file to the zwgc.desc subdirectory as
advertised. Or make my own subdirectory within /mit/dotfiles.
