I was doing a mv from /tmp to an afs locker and this mv put me over quota.
It gave the appropriate error message to that effect, but
THE ORIGINAL FILE GOT ERASED. This resulted in there being no copies of
the file. (In the destination directory, the file was there but had zero
length.)
running on DECstation 3100 (hodge) version 7.3P
