Hi! There isn't any bug in the userreg stuff, it's just that you are
in the database twice. Once as "Ping-Shun" (which is how the registrar
now lists you) and once as "Pingshun". When you registered initially
it was as Pingshun; either you were added by hand incorrectly or
the Registrar changed the way it was reporting your name.
In any case, let me know which account you want to keep, and the other
one will be deactivated. (although if you'd like the other name as a
mailing list pointing to your real account, I can do that.)
