I am a consultant sending in this bug report for a user....
This problem is a frequently recurring one. EZ on the RT's have been
known to crash in the middle typing for no apparrent reason.
What were you trying to do?
The user was trying type a paper.
What's wrong:
It crashed all of a sudden. for no reason. happens many time to many
users especially on the RT's
What should have happened:
It should not have crashed of course.
