On a 7.3 RT, the following will make emacs beep an infinite number of
times. I recommend you don't try this except in tty mode: you may have
to kill the X server because it will quickly queue a very large number
of beeps.
1. Make a file with local variables.
2. Run emacs and the emacs server.
3. Use emacsclient to edit the file with local variables.
4. When emacs asks whether to set the local variables, type ^G.
Emacs will repeat the question. Type 'n'.
