I think this is a bug.
/bin/passwd.real does not modify passwd.local; thus, any changes you
make get blown away before too long. This makes it impossible for a
non-root private account owner to change his own password.
If I'm being braindead and not understanding private workstations and
accounts in the ACE, please let me know...
