7.3 moved /etc/net.conf to /etc/athena/net.conf. This caused nipsrv
to break because it was looking for it in /etc/net.conf. Either nipsrv
needs to be re-compiled to look for net.conf in /etc/athena or move
net.conf back to /etc.
