What's wrong:
I logged in to tsx-11 and got:
Error getting AFS quota: /mit/raeburn: No such file or directory
as the only message from quota... It turns out that Ken was logging
out at precisely the same time.
What should have happened:
Quota should probably recognize that error as one that we don't care
about (essentially a weak constraint, since quota shouldn't really
lock attachtab.) This is unlikely to bother normal users, but might
show up on the dialup machines.
