System name: copilot
Type and version:	CVAXSTAR 7.3P
Display type: SM

What were you trying to do?
Bind the following keys to functions :
		REMOVE, PREV-SCREEN, NEXT-SCREEN

What's wrong:
Emacs does not accept the signals for those keys. C-q and then
pressing any of the keys does not general a control character. It is as
if those keys did not exist. I killed my window manager so it was not
being intercepted by it, emacs just did nothing with the keys.

What should have happened:
As in most other programs they generate some keypress. You
should be able to bind those keys to a function.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
	/mit/consult/elisp/fkeys.el

In trying to bind the different keys on a VAX.
