Note: I'm running /afs/sipb/project/tcsh/tcsh, I don't know if this causes
the problems, but I don't think it does.
Having the Application Keypad set disables the numeric keypad, but when I
run techinfo, it enables this (I know this by by checking the VT Option
menu) disabling the numeric keypad. If I disable the app keypad after
starting up techinfo, the keypad works fine.
Just now, I've noticed similar problems using other applications such as
olc_answers and help -tty. help actually sets the numeric keypad at each
new menu.
