... has the following line in it:

	pseudo-device	vd	2

It should read:

	pseudo-device	vd	10

The installation procedure expects to use vd 2, which means that the
value has to be 3 or higher.  Considering that it does not waste much
space, it might as well be the same as is on the other machines (10).
