Actually the xset arguments in the 5.* .uwmrc file correspond to X10R4, not
X11R1.
In the 6.0C prototype user files, there is no personal .uwmrc at all.
This was intentional.
The system-wide-default .uwmrc file should be changed to reflect changes in
xset since X10.
