What were you trying to do?
I hit ^X^C in order to save my file and quit.
What's wrong:
Evidently the "thing that tells ez if you've made any changes" is not
perceptive of changes to Postscript insets even though they're part
of the main file.
What should have happened:
The damn thing should have confirmed if I wanted to save the changes,
which I did want to, but couldn't
