The pwinput file mark submitted should be replaced with:
public 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 -------------------------------s
This will turn off all the "tracing" bits which we don't know exactly
what they do (see man page on smpl.pwinput to know as much as we do).
Then the mksnmppw command should be run over it to generate
/etc/snmpd.pw.
