In addition, I think that vos remsite doesn't remove the volume is a
bug (although it may be too late to change it). If I am correct, it
leaves a volume on the disk w/o a recording of it in the vldb. I
thought this was an *error*, and that if cell operation were normal,
this condition could never occur.
