I have checked the libraries from the last release for the old fortran
compiler and have determined that these functions _NEVER_ existed for
the DECstation. I have put together some sources which have all the
bessel rfelated functions if you are interested.
Note: My testing only involved examining the libraries. It is possible
that the bessel functions were built in. If that is the case let me
know, but I suspect not.
