What were you trying to do?
Type CTRL-L in an xterm to clear the screen. A lot of text on
it was selected (highlighted) at the time. My fingers may have
slipped or something---I can't repeat this. Also, I was bring the
xterm up on a VAX monochrome display (hal-2000) if that matters.
