mark eichin said to send this in. lam is not on the athena 7.2
decstations. it usually lives in /usr/new. the sources are on uunet.
note that lam and jot are both on the ultrix unsupported tape, but
someone seems to have goofed because they're the same bits for both
programs, and they're the jot bits. sources are on uunet.
