hesinfo errors to stdout only?

Tested on DEW (7.3 RT), and m11-115-5 (7.3, RS6000).  Any hesinfo
command without a real Hesiod name sends the error to stderr only, and
not to stdout.  Is this what it should do?

Under 7.2, no error or other information was returned in this case.
