Bug 1 (questionable):

Could not find help program "/usr/athena/bin/olh_motif".
To use the text-based version of On-Line Help, type help -tty.
If help -tty fails, call 3-4435 for help.
There is no Motif version available on the rios... it should just fall
back. As I said, this is arguably not a bug.
Bug 2:
I typed ctrl-c immediately after typing the same command with the -tty
argument and it left me with messed up terminal characteristics...
Certainly, echo had been turned off... it should intercept interrupt
signals and restore terminal characteristics.
Bug 3:
I tried viewing the system release notes, but it told me that
/mit/logos/rsaixbin/dvi2tty does not exist. The logos locker support
all of the Athena platforms.
