I've fixed the shell script in the decmipsbin director to use use
whatever is first in the path. We can't be assured that whomever is
using the sipb locker is on an athena workstation.

PS. you sent the report to sipb instead of bug-sipb. Problems with
the software in the locker should go to bug-sipb... the sipb list goes
to many many many more people who may not care and/or may not be able
to help anyways.
