Hello-
Help should be functioning now; it appears that some of the files that OLH
uses to create menus were inadvertently deleted, causing OLH to be unable to
start up. This is what caused the error resulting in the somewhat
misleading error message that you saw.
The key file has been recovered, making OLH functional again. Other files
are in the process of being recovered.
