What's wrong:
the information about nag in the "linking libraries" section
is incorrect.
specifically,
help/23/2/9
suggests the command
f77 xxxx.f -lnag
which disagrees with
help/14/2/14
(help/programming/fortran/first of the nag sections)
which says to use (for example)
f77 xxx.f -L/mit/nag/rtlib -lnag12
Experience agrees with the latter.
