<sigh>... The fact that it is world readable on our system packs
somewhat defeats the purpose of protecting it in the source tree; they
are identical copies.
Anyway, I'll acquire a copy of the license when I get back to Boston and
then figure out what the next course of action should be. We are not
gaining anything by restricting access in the source tree, as we have
already made it wide open. (Nor are we able to protect previous
versions that reside in RO volumes).
