In 7.3, edsc is installed but the emacs discuss files are not. The Imakefile
in discuss/edsc should be changed to install *.el in
/usr/athena/lib/gnuemacs/lisp (make sure that this is done after the emacs
install so the directories are there and the emacs install doesn't erase them
later).
