decmips gdb missing "add-file" command.

I was pleasantly surprised to see gdb for the decmips.
Unfortunately it is missing the "add-file" command which I need in order
to debug andrew dynamic objects.
This command is now a STOCK part of gdb, and is working fine on gdb for
the vax. (Could it be that the command was added between 3.5 and 3.6-?)
