It looks like nothing has changed recently in /mit/xmit/Xinfo/rt/, so
my problem, though mostly unrelated to the release cycle, shouldn't be
anything new.
What happened:
When I invoked xinfo, either from the shell or from the
Dashboard, I got exactly 313 of these:
X Toolkit Warning: MuCreateMenuBar: unregistered function call
The program didn't do anything (except refresh and deal with menus),
and exited with non-zero status (1).
The same thing happened when I tried a different RT, and a
different account (with standard dot files).
What should have happened:
The xinfo program should have given me the text from
/mit/xmit/Xinfo/Data/ (or Datafiles/, perhaps) when I made menu
choices. It also should have exited with 0 status, but only if it
were working correctly... Oh, it should also not hose (and
completely obliterate the contents of) the user's xterm window (or
the console window) with hundreds of toolkit warnings.
