The copy of the MSO reference doc in Hayden Library (with
K1 writen on it several times) is messed up. It is printed
on both sides of the paper, but it only shows the odd
numbered pages. It is clear that this is a print error,
not a numbering error; pages are obviously missing.
Beth Kevles recomended that I send this to bugs@ATHENA; she
said that it would be forwarded to the appropriate place.
