** What were you trying to do? **
Open an xterm with a different account logged in on my machine.
I did this by typing: "xterm -e login &" from an xterm
** What's wrong: **
It chmod'd /etc/passwd so it only readable by root. Therefore,
this happened from my original xterm. (edsp is the 2nd account I
logged in with)

** What should have happened: **
I should have had 2 xterms, each with a separate account
running in it.
Note that when I superused before issuing the "xterm -e login"
command, things worked fine.
