A while back, you sent the bug report below to "bugs".
What you describe is not a bug. When you are running zwgc in tty
mode, then the best it can do is print the messages to the screen when
it gets them. If you do not want that to happen, then you should not
run zwgc when logged in on a nongraphics terminal.
Alternatively, you can run one of the versions of zwgc that can be run
inside emacs. Use "olc" to find out more about this.

What were you trying to do?
Use Emacs while an OLC answered my question.
What's wrong:
The "authenticated messages" mess up the screen. Note I was dialed
up on a nongraphics terminal.
What should have happened:
Not sure, but either Emacs or the message system should have handled
it more gracefully. If you ask several questions and try to work between
replies, it gets really annoying.
